No. Payment providers or banks may charge transaction fees depending on the services your hotel uses.

Do I have to stop using OTAs?

No. Direct booking is another sales channel for your hotel and works alongside OTAs and your existing channels.

How is availability on the website updated?

It's based on the room counts set in the PAAK IN back office and does not sync with OTAs automatically. Connecting external systems is assessed separately for each project.
