Yes. The first year of service is included, and the service fee of THB 5,900 per year starts from year two.
Direct booking is an optional add-on, billed monthly based on the number of physical rooms you sell through the system. PAAK IN charges no commission per booking, but third-party services such as payment gateways may charge fees under their own terms.
