Does PAAK IN cover every part of running a hotel?
PAAK IN focuses on three areas: your hotel website, direct booking, and room and booking management. Other hotel systems, such as a PMS, a channel manager, or specialized tools, can be assessed for integration as part of the project scope.
Do we have to stop using OTAs to take direct bookings?
No. Direct booking works alongside OTAs. Your website simply adds another channel where guests can contact you and book with you directly.
Does PAAK IN charge commission on bookings?
No. PAAK IN charges no commission per booking. You pay for the package and scope you choose. Payment providers may charge their own transaction fees.
Can the website support multiple languages?
Yes. Websites can be built in Thai, English, Chinese, and other languages, with translation and content adaptation available within each project's scope.
